Period 1:
We reviewed vocabulary and literature circles met. Students finished their inside/outside character presentations.
Period 3:
Students finished accepting awards and worked on their person worth knowing speech. We also discussed the structure of speeches in relation to essays.
Period 5:
Students defined what a hero was and also worked on writing contrasting no description and lots of details. Details won! YEAH!
Period 6:
Student - teacher conferences on the Kindness Project occurred. We reviewed vocabulary and students completed a quiz on Three Cups of Tea, ch. 13-19.
