If perfect practice makes perfect, then what's the point of practice at all? I think that practice always makes perfect.
First time you learn something new, you might fall down a few times. You get back up and practice again. You practice until you get it to be perfect. When something is perfect it has absolutely no flaw. But, if it has no flaw, then you shouldnt have a need to practice at all.

I particularly like your point of why would you need practice if you already do it flawlessly.
